Study group meets once a week online to study and discuss the contents in the book "Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand" and other dharma texts. It helps us to think and analysis the buddha's teaching, internalize the information and integrate into our daily activities. The goal is to have a fulfilling and meaningful life and be mentally peaceful.

This is an online teaching via skype. Tritul Rimpcohe is in Spain. He will give the teaching via Skpye at 12pm Spain time. He will continue the teaching of Day 18 in Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand. The topic of inter exchange of self and others in mind training of generating Bodhicitta.
