About Ganden Choeling Buddhist Center Florida
Ganden Choeling Buddhist Center in Florida was created in 2012 by Venerable Geshe Tenzing Tamding as the newest center in the global Ganden Choeling community.
The Ganden Choeling Buddhist Center was first established in Menorca Spain in 1984 by Venerable Khem Rimboche Tamding Gyatso. Upon his transcendence to nirvana, Geshe Tenzing Tamding, following his uncles footsteps, became the Spiritual Director of the Ganden Choeling centers.
The mission of Ganden Choeling Florida is to provide a favorable environment for mental development, which awakens spirituality and inner peace and discover real happiness and/or ultimate happiness; to help all sentient beings to liberate from suffering through methods of Buddhism philosophy according to Mahayana tradition, refined by the great master of the XIV century lama Je Tsong Khapa.
The intention is to work against the egoistic mind including self cherishing, self grasping, anger, jealousy, attachment, etc. According to Buddhism philosophy, those delusions of the mind are the root causes of suffering in individuals, families, at government levels, and society as a whole. Qualified gurus educated in Gelug tradition give the teaching and continuous lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. And open for interaction and dialog with all spiritual traditions of the mind.
Integration of the Buddhism practice to daily life help practitioners to construct their well being through diverse techniques, find inner peace, and bring happiness to other sentient beings.
