THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT STARTS WITH TRAINING THE MIND

All suffering starts in the mind. When we think negative thoughts we have unpleasant feelings in our bodies and suddenly we are in a bad mood.

How we deal with negative thoughts affects all aspects of our lives, from our personal to professional lives and everything in between. Often, when we feel bad, we lash out and make others feel bad as well.

But we don't need to live this way.

Mahayana Buddhism gives us the tools to think more analytically and clearly.

Ganden Choeling of South Florida is dedicated to sharing the teachings of Buddha in the Mahayana Tradition to anyone interested in learning how this ancient practice can really liberate us from suffering.

Our teachers, under the spiritual guidance of Geshe Tenzing Tamding, help us understand the basis of suffering and how we can overcome it.

Ganden Choeling of South Florida offers free classes twice a year with our our revered gurus, Geshe Tenzing Tamding in the Spring and Tritul Rimpoche in the Fall.

We also offer weekly Skype classes with Guru Rinpoche.

For more information on our upcoming classes, visit our Calender page.

The upcoming October class schedule with Tritul Rinpoche can be found on our Calendar page.

Buddhahood cannot be attained elsewhere;
If this goal is sought outside oneself,
Even the efforts of countless eons
Will fail to bear any fruit.
Search not, strive not;
Let your mind rest in its natural state.
